Board Member Profile

Dave Williams has been on the LTPA Board since 2017 and currently serves as Treasurer.   His family has owned their property on Fountain Avenue since 2004 and have been living as Full Time Residents since 2013.   He and his wife (Cindy) along with their kids (Ryan, Lola, Josh) are active users of the park during the summer months.  

 

Dave’s professional background has evolved considerably over the years having served in various executive leadership roles (including CEO of five different companies).  Most recently, Dave completed the sale of their property management business and has since launched a Luxury Real Estate Fund.  Dave has also served on five different Boards including one local non-profit.
