LTPA Bylaws Updated

The recent voting on 2 Bylaw amendments was 94% in favor of both amendments with 54% of the members voting.  The first established that to be a member requires 25% or more ownership of a qualified Tahoe Park property.  The second took away a restriction that limited annual assessments to 1% of property value.  The revised Bylaws are updated in the Official Document section of this website.
