Lake Tahoe Park Association Code of Conduct
The Lake Tahoe Park Association is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that all guests adhere to the following guidelines:
General Prohibited Activities:
- · Violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
- · Any activity** that threatens the safety of our members, guests, or employees.
- · Any action** that threatens the well-being or cleanliness of the Park.
- · Behavior** that disrupts our family-oriented atmosphere
**Any activity deemed inappropriate as determined by designated authorities
Specific Prohibited Activities include, but are not limited to:
- · Use of disruptive, vulgar, or threatening language.
- · Blocking piers, walkways, or kayak storage areas without reasonable cause
- · Possession of firearms or illegal weapons including fireworks of any kind
- · Consumption of alcohol by minors.
Violations of above conduct will result in, but are not limited to:
- Warning: A verbal/written notification from staff that they have violated a rule or policy.
- Exit the Park: If the violation continues or is serious enough, an individual will be asked to leave the Park immediately.
- Loss of Park privileges until meeting with the Board: If the violation is deemed serious enough by the designated authorities, the member and all authorized users lose their privileges to enter or use the park until they have a meeting with the LTPA Board of Directors.
Notice: Lake Tahoe Park is private property. Failure to comply with Lake Tahoe Park Association Code of Conduct may result in arrest and prosecution for criminal trespass.
